Mediation Board Act (No. 72 of 1988) - Sect 21

Board deemed to be a Scheduled Institution

21. Every Board constituted under this Act shall be deemed to be a Schedule institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act and the provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
