Section 103 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words" on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred rupees, and, in the case of a continuing offence, to an additional fine not exceeding twenty-five rupees ", of the words" on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand rupees, and, in the case of a continuing offence to an additional fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty rupees ". |
