Section 116 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words" on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty rupees; " and" on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five rupees ", of the words" on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred rupees; " and "on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty rupees", respectively. |
