Section 145 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for the words " on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred rupees, and, in the case of a continuing offence, to an additional fine not exceeding fifty rupees for each day ", of the words " on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand rupees, and, in the case of a continuing offence, to an additional fine not exceeding five hundred rupees for each day ". |
