Section 146 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred rupees, and to an additional fine not exceeding one hundred rupees for each day", of the words " on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees, and to an additional fine not exceeding one thousand rupees for each day ". |
