| 131. If a person ceases to be the master of a ship registered in Ceylon during a voyage of the ship, he shall deliver or cause to be delivered to his successor the documents relating to the ship or its crew which are in his custody; and if he fails without reasonable cause to do so be shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction there of shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand rupees. |
