| 145. In the event of any amendment or replacement of any provisions of the Convention affecting the nature or number of the certificates referred to in sub-secticn (1) of section 143 and section 144, the Minister may by order direct that such sub-sections shall have effect as if there were substituted there for references to such other certificate, appropriate to the Convention as so amended, as the Minister may by such order prescribe. |
