| 153. A valid Convention certificate issued in respect of a ship, other than a Ceylon ship, by the Government of the country to which the ship belongs shall, subject to such requirements or provisions as may be prescribed, have the same effect in Ceylon as the corresponding certificate issued in respect of a Ceylon ship under this Part. |
