Merchant Shipping Act (No. 52 of 1971) - Sect 239

Right to unclaimed wreck

239. The Crown is entitled to all unclaimed wreck within any part of Ceylon or found or taken possession of outside Ceylon and brought within Ceylon, except in any place where the Crown has granted to any person the right to any such wreck.
