Merchant Shipping Act (No. 52 of 1971) - Sect 254

Where both ressets belong to the same owner.

254. Remuneration shall be payable under sections 251 and 252 in respect of services rendered, in spite of the fact that such services have been rendered by or to vessels in the same ownership thousand rupees.
