| 258. Where a dispute relating to salvage has been determined by a District Court or the Supreme Court, any party aggrieved by the decision may appeal therefrom, in accordance with rules of Court, in like manner as in the case of any other judgment of the Court: Provided that no such appeal shall be allowed unless the sum in dispute exceeds five hundred rupees. |
