Merchant Shipping Act (No. 52 of 1971) - Sect 278

Suspended certificate not to be endorsed

278. If the certificate of a master, mate, or engineer of a ship is suspended under this Part by the Director or by a Court, no endorsement shall be made to that effect on the said certificate.
