| 329. Until other provision therefor is made by regulations made under section 44, the forms of bill of sale, mortgage and transfer of mortgage of a ship shall be in the forms marked respectively A, B and C in the first part of the First Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894 of the United Kingdom, or as near thereto as circumstances may admit; and for such purpose, for any reference therein to a British ship there shall be substituted a reference to a Ceylon ship. |
