Merchant Shipping Act (No. 52 of 1971) - Sect 8

Designation of Shipping Offices

8. The Minister may, by Notification published in the Gazette, designate any place at any port at which a person has been appointed under this Act to be Shipping Officer, to be a Shipping Office for the transaction of business under this Act.
