28. Section 46 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following subsection :
| "(2) The provisions of subsection (1) shall not apply to an omnibus owned by the Sri Lanka Central Transport Board or any Regional Transport Board established under the Transport Board Law, No. 19 of 1978, or to any omnibus which is used by any dealer on any highway if. but only if, it is so used under and in accordance with a dealer's licence issued under Part Ill.". |
