Rewards to certain persons
57. Where any person is convicted of any offence under this Act, or where any article is seized and ordered to be forfeited under this Act, the Director may pay-
(a) to the person or persons who provided the information Dealing to such conviction or the seizure and forfeiture of such article ; and
