Acquisition of immovable property under the Land Acquisition Act

42.
(1) Where any immovable property is required to be acquired for any specific purpose of the Authority and the Minister by Order published in the Gazette approves of the proposed acquisition for that purpose, that property shall be deem to be required for a public purpose and may accordingly be acquired under the Land Acquisition Act and transferred to the Authority.
(2) Any sum payable, for the acquisition of any immovable property under the Land Acquisition Act for the Authority shall be paid out of the Fund of the Authority.
