Houses, flats and other buildings to which this Part applies and interpretation of the " expressions " landlord " and occupier

62.
(1) This Part shall apply to every house, flat or any other building hereinafter referred to as " building" provided by the Authority for occupation by any person, whether such occupation is upon the payment of any rent or otherwise.
(2) Where a building is provided by the Authority for occupation by any person, then with reference to that building, the expression " landlord" in this Part means the General Manager, and the expression " occupier " in this Part means that person.
