National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka Act (No. 18 of 1997) - Sect 12

Directions

12.
(1) The Minister may from time to time issue to the Council such special or general directions as he may deem necessary us to the discharge of its functions, and the exercise if its powers, by the Council.
(2) The Minister may from time to time direct the Council to furnish such information as he may deem necessary relating to its functions.
