National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka Act (No. 18 of 1997) - Sect 2

Establishment of the National Human Resources Development

2.
(1) There shall be established a Council which shall be called the National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as the "Council")-
(2) The Council shall, by the name assigned to it by Council of Sri subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession Lanka. and a common seal and may sue and be sued in that name.
