National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka Act (No. 18 of 1997) - Sect 22

Payment of the Fund

22. There shall he paid out of the Fund of the Council all sums of money required to defray any expenditure incurred by the Council in the exercise and discharge of its powers and functions under this Act and all such sums of money as are required or authorised to be paid out of the Fund of the Council by or under this Act.
