National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka Act (No. 18 of 1997) - Sect 28

Protection for action taken under this Act or on the direction of the Council

28. No suit or prosecution shall lie against any member officer or servant or the Council or any act which is in good faith done, or purported to be done, by him under this Act, or on the direction of the Council.
