National Institute Of Education Act (No. 28 of 1985) - Sect 24

Council to submit a report of its activities

24. The Council shall, be-fore the expiry of a period of she months after the closure of each financial year of the Institute, transit a report giving a full account of the activities of the Institute during that year to the Minister who shall cause copies thereof to be tabled in Parliament.
