Previsions of the Tertiary and Vocational Education Act No. 20 of 1990 and the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 not to apply

27. The provisions of the Tertiary and Vocational Education Act, No. 20 of 1990 and the provisions of section 128 of the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 shall not apply to and in relation to the Institute.
