National Institute Of Fisheries And Nautical Engineering Act (No. 36 of 1999) - Sect 29

State property both movable and immovable to be made available lo the Institute

29. The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette transfer to the Institute such movable or immovable property of the Ministry of the Minister as is required by the Institute for the purposes of the Institute and any property so transferred shall, with effect from the date of the Order vest in, and become the property of, the Institute.
