National Institute Of Fisheries And Nautical Engineering Act (No. 36 of 1999) - Sect 36

Interpretation

36. In this Act. unless the context otherwise requires - "National Institute of Fisheries Training" means the National Institute of Fisheries Training functioning under the Ministry of Fisheries ; "Provincial Council" means a Provincial Council established by Chapter XVIIA of the Constitution.
