Navy (Amendment) Law (No. 33 of 1976) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 8 of Chapter 358

2. Section 8 of the Navy Act is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following subsection-
" (2) The person appointed under subsection (1) shall be designated Commander of the Navy.".
