A relevant agency may in the case of an article in respect of which there is an Order under section 20, for the time being in force, fixing the maximum prices above which such article shall not be sold or setting out the price structure according to which such maximum prices shall be fixed, request the Commission to vary the prices fixed or the price structure set out by such Order. |
