A member of the Commission who is directly or indirectly interested in any matter which forms the subject of any proceeding of the Commission or of any decision proposed to be made by the Commission, shall disclose the nature of his interest at a meeting of the Commission and such member shall not take part, in any proceeding or decision in respect of such matter. |
