Section 2 of the National Savings Bank Act, No. 30 of 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words' a Corporation which shall be called the " National Savings Bank * (hereinafter referred to as the " Bank "), and whirl, shall consist of the persons who are for the time being members of the Bank under section 6., of the words " a bank called the National Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank"). |
