Amendment of section 78 of the principal enactment

36. Section 78 of the principal, enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "Nothing in the Debt Conciliation Ordinance", of the words " Nothing in the Debt Conciliation Ordinance or the Mediation Board Act, No. 72 of 1988 ".
