National Savings Bank Act (No. 30 of 1971) - Sect 2

Establishment of the National Savings Bank

2.
(1) There shall be established a Corporation which shall be called the " National Savings Bank " (hereinafter referred to as the " Bank "), and which shall consist of the persons who are for the time being members of the Bank under section 6.
(2) The Bank shall, by the name assigned to it by sub-section (1). be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
