National Savings Bank Act (No. 30 of 1971) - Sect 4

Principal place of business and branches and agencies of the Bank

4.
(1) The Bank shall have its principal place of business in Colombo and may have such branches, agencies and agents as may be necessary for the transaction of the business of the Bank.
(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1) the Bank may appoint as an agency or agent, subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed, any person, commercial bank or body corporate.
