National Savings Bank Act (No. 30 of 1971) - Sect 62

Bank not precluded from other methods of recovery

62. Nothing in sections 52 to 61 shall be deemed to preclude the Bank from recovering the amount due on any mortgage bond in accordance with the provisions of any other written law.
