National Science Council of Sri Lanka Law (No. 36 of 1975) - Sect 23

Exemption from taxes and duties

23.
(1) The income of the Council shall be exempt from income tax.
(2) The Council shall be exempt from the payment of any customs or excise duty on any goods imported or purchased out of bond by the Council, if the Minister in consultation with the Minister of Finance approves of such exemption.
