National Science Council of Sri Lanka Law (No. 36 of 1975) - Sect 37

This Law; to prevail over other written law

37. The provisions of this Law shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, and accordingly in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Law and such other law, the provisions of this Law shall prevail.
