National Transport Medical Institute Act (No. 25 of 1997) - Sect 10

Proceedings of the Board not to be invalid by reason of any vacancy or defect in the appointment of a member

10. Subject to the provisions of subsection (4) of section 9, the Board shall have the power to act notwithstanding any vacancy in its membership, and no act or proceeding of me Board shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any such vacancy or any defect in the appointment of a member thereof.
