National Transport Medical Institute Act (No. 25 of 1997) - Sect 2

Establishment of National Transport Medical institute

2.
(1) There shall be established, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, an Institute which shall be called the National Transport Medical Institute (hereinafter referred to as the " Institute ").
(2) The Institute shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1) be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
