| 21. No person or body other than the Board shall, except with the written permission of the Board given with the approval of the Minister, undertake the supply of water in any area of authority of the Board: Provided, however, that the preceding provisions of this section shall not apply to the supply of such water by a local authority within its administrative limits if, but only if, the water supply and sewerage undertaking of such authority has not been transferred to the Board by a voluntary transfer Order or a compulsory transfer Order. |
