Offences Against Aircraft Act (No. 24 of 1982) - Sect 15

Offences committed on aircraft registered in a contracting state deemed to be committed in that state

15. Any act committed on board an aircraft registered in a contracting state, which constitutes an offence under the law of that state shall, for the purposes of the Extradition Law, No. 3 of 1977, be deemed to have been committed within the jurisdiction of that state.
