Offences Against Public Property (Amendment) Act (No. 28 of 1999) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 8 of Act No. 12 of 1982

2. Section 8 of the Offences Against Public Property Act, No. 12 of 1982 is hereby amended in the proviso to subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words "exceeds five thousand rupees'' of the words "exceeds twenty- five thousand rupees ".
