Official Languages Commission Act (No. 18 of 1991) - Sect 5

Members of the Commission

5.
(1) The Commission shall consist of six members to be appointed by the President, one of whom shall be nominated by the President to be the Chairman of the Commission (hereinafter referred to as the " Chairman ").
(2) The Commissioner of the Official Language Department, shall be the Secretary to the Commission.
