Penal Code (Amendment) Act (No. 16 of 2006) - Sect 10

Amendment of section 364 of the principal enactment

10. Section 364 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after Explanation 3 of that section, of the following new explanation :- "Explanation 4 : "injuries" includes psychological or mental trauma".
