Penal Code (Amendment) Act (No. 16 of 2006) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 365 A of the principal enactment

12. Section 365A of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition immediately after the end of that section, of the following explanation:- "Explanation : "injuries" includes psychological or mental trauma.".
