Penal Code (Amendment) Act (No. 16 of 2006) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 308A of the principal enactment

4. Section 308A of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition, immediately after subsection (2) that section of the following Explanation:- "Explanation : "injuries" includes psychological or mental trauma.".
