Prize Competitions Act (No. 37 of 1957) - Sect 5

Minister to issue licences

5.
(1) Licences to promote or conduct prize competitions in Ceylon may, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, be issued by the Minister in his discretion after consultation with the Inspector-General of Police.
(2) The decision of the Minister to issue or to refuse to issue a licence to any applicant shall be final and conclusive and shall not be called in question in any court.
