Provincial Councils Act (No. 42 of 1987) - Sect 17

Secretariat

17.
(1) A Provincial Council shall have its own secretarial staff.
(2) A Provincial Council may, by statute, regulate the recruitment, and conditions of service, of persons appointed to its secretarial staff.
