No misnomer or inaccurate description of any person or place named or prescribed in any register, notice or other document whatsoever prepared or issued under or for the purposes of this Act shall in any wise affect the operation of this Act as respects that person or place if that person or place is so designated in such register, notice or document as to be identifiable. |
