| 116. Where, under this Act, any act or thing which is required or authorized to be done in the presence of the agent or agents of any candidate, the non-attendance of any agent or agents, of such candidate at the time and place appointed for the purpose, shall not, if that act or thing is otherwise duly done, invalidate the act or thing done. |
