Parliament Elections Act (No. 1 of 1981) - Sect 46

Closure of poll

46. No ballot paper shall be delivered to a voter after the hour fixed for the closing of the poll. But if at the hour aforesaid there is in any polling station any voter to whom a ballot paper has been delivered, such voter shall be allow ed to record his vote.
